RTS version purple R4iTT is originally made from www.r4itt.net. Do not mix kernel and firmware for other version R4iTT, or you may get your R4iTT not working. This R4iTT Setup mainly guides you on installing their kernel and updating firmware.

Install Official Kernel

Download latest R4iTT RTS kernel RTS3.xx.English.rar to computer, decompress and extract this rar file with tool WinRar, find and get 7 items including SYSTEM,svsip, NDSMAIL, moonshl2, data, app, _DS_MENU.DAT, copy and paste them into the root directory of your memory card. Now you can plug in and play the saved DS ROMs.

Firmware Upgrade

Usually R4iTT will work on your console after kernel being installed correctly. However, your console may block this R4iTT card after you update your console system, and your console displays error message in black screen. Now you need to have your r4itt card firmware upgraded on another console which does not block R4iTT. How ?

Download the latest official firmware patch xxx.rar file to your computer, decompress and extract this rar file with tool WinRar, there will be fwUpdate_V6.xx.nds, install that fwUpdate_V6xx.nds together with R4iTT kernel, find another console which does not block R4iTT, load into R4iTT game interface, press A button to run fwUpdate_V6xx.nds (Sometimes need to click UPDATA to find fwUpdate_V6xx.nds), once this patch file runs, do as instructed from your console to upgrade complete.
